Training

Train your team to use AI on real work.

Half a day, $3,000. A full day, $5,500. Your documents, your tools, your people.

Not a talk about AI. A morning where your team does last week's work with AI in the room, and leaves with a written page they keep and two things already working.

Who it is for.

An owner who bought the tools and watches nobody use them. An operations lead whose team retypes, reformats and re-asks all week. A finance person with a month-end that takes a week. A school office, a clinic front desk, an agency's account team. Up to twelve people in a room, so everyone does the work rather than watches it.

How the day goes.

Before

We ask for last week

Ten real tasks your team did last week, and the documents they used. We build the morning around those, not around slides.

Hour one

What AI is good at, on your work

Reading, drafting, summarising, checking, translating. Each one shown on one of your own documents. What it gets wrong, and how to catch it.

Hours two and three

Everyone does their own task

Each person takes one of their real tasks and does it with AI, with us beside them. The report, the reply, the summary, the spreadsheet check. Then they do it again, faster.

The last hour

The page they keep

The prompts that worked, in your words, for your documents. Who checks what. What never goes into a tool. Written up and handed over the same day.

A full day adds the afternoon: we build the two things the morning found. A prompt library for your work, a first automation that runs by itself, or the handover of a build we made for you.

What it costs.

Half a day

Up to twelve people. In your office in Phnom Penh or Singapore, or online. The written page included.

$3,000

A full day

The half day, then the afternoon building the two things it found.

$5,500

Training is also part of every build we do, so a system nobody was shown never happens.

What we will not do.

No tool sales. We do not resell software and we take no commission from any vendor.
No slides about the future. The session is your work, this week, done differently.
Nothing sensitive into a tool. The first thing on the page is what never leaves your systems.

Questions people ask.

Which AI tools do you train on?

The ones your team already has, plus the one or two we would add for your kind of work. We do not sell tools and we do not name a favorite; we pick for the task in front of you.

Is it in Khmer?

The session runs in English with Khmer where it helps. The written page your team keeps can be in both.

How many people?

Up to twelve in a room, so everyone does the work rather than watches it. Larger teams run two sessions.

Do we need the review first?

No. Training stands on its own. If you want to know where AI earns its keep across the whole business first, the AI Review does that inside a week.
