How it goes.

The way it was run inside a four-country organization for years, now for your business. You can stop after any step.

Budget

What you pay for

Every contract and every invoice, read once, into one list with the numbers beside it. Read-only access; nothing in your accounts changes.

Usage

How each tool is actually used

Who opens it, what it delivers, what gets typed twice, where an agent or an automation would earn its keep. A call with each provider. This is the part priced per system.

Needs

The people who do the work

Interviews with the owner, operations and the person who knows the systems: what they need, what they work around, what they would stop doing tomorrow.

The alignment plan

One page, gaps and needs

Keep, fix, replace, and what to build first, a fixed price beside each line, and the ledger behind it. A walkthrough with you. The page is yours whoever you hire next.

Questions owners ask.

What does it cost?

The base, $1,500, covers the budget read, the three interviews and the alignment plan, with one system included. Every system, tool or vendor after that adds $350 for its usage read and provider call. Two systems $1,850, four $2,550, ten or more $4,900. The base comes off your first build within ninety days.

We only pay for two tools. What does it cost us?

$1,850: the base with one system included, and $350 for the second. Two tools is often a twenty-minute conversation, not a review. Talk to us and we will say which it is.

What if you find nothing worth doing?

Then the page says so, line by line, and you keep it. That is a real answer and it has value: nobody sells you a build you do not need.

How long does it take?

Inside a week from the day we get access. The reading is done by our agents; the calls with your providers and the walkthrough with you are what take the days.

How do I pay?

After the call you get an invoice in USD. In Cambodia, pay by KHQR. Elsewhere, by bank transfer to our Singapore account. Work starts when it lands.

Talk to us.

You leave with the two things we would look at first, whether or not you hire us.
