Software · Grantbook

Grantbook dashboard for an NGO: grants with pace badges, reports due this month, budget against actual

What it does.

Three things an NGO does every day, and what they look like in Grantbook.

One calendar for every donor.

Every report due, across all grants, grouped by month with a status: not started, drafting, submitted, late. Grant leads get a Telegram reminder for what is due.

Grantbook reporting calendar: reports due by month across all donors with their status

Budget against actual, per grant, per line.

Restricted funds stay restricted. Add an expense in riel or dollars and the line updates in the grant's currency. A pace badge compares spend against time elapsed, so an overspend shows in month four, not at the audit.

The donor report in one click.

A printable report with the narrative pulled from the activity log and the financial table in the donor's currency. A board pack from the same numbers.

Frontdesk

For an NGO: it drafts the donor-report narrative from the activity log, reminds grant leads of what is due, and flags a grant whose spend is ahead of its calendar.

$149 a month

A Tuesday with Grantbook.

The finance manager adds Monday's fuel receipts in riel. The health grant's pace badge turns amber: more spent than the year has passed. The calendar says the EU report is due in twelve days, so the program officer starts it from the activity log. The board pack for Thursday is the same numbers, printed.

Not yet: Field data collection and import from survey tools (the activity log is typed in today). Full Khmer screens. Founding organizations pick what we build next.

Questions people ask.

Is this accounting software?

No. Your accountant keeps the books. Grantbook tracks each grant's budget against what was spent, and writes the donor report from it.

Can our board see it?

Yes. A read-only sign-in that shows the board pack, and nothing can be changed from it.

Multi-currency?

Grants in USD, EUR or AUD; expenses in riel or dollars at the rate you set.

Where does the data live?

In your own accounts. Prodigi holds no beneficiary data. You can export everything any time.
