How ready is your business for AI?
Twelve questions with Prodigi's assistant, an AI. It writes your report: seven criteria, a level, and the first two things we would build, with prices.
The sample report draws here: a score, the seven criteria, and the first two things we would build, with their prices.
Then, if your list is long: the AI Review, from $1,500, priced by what you have.
Seven criteria, in plain words.
Twelve questions across the seven, three points a question, 36 in all. No benchmark, no invented average. The score is yours alone.
How much of the day-to-day lives in a system rather than on paper or in a chat thread.
How fast information moves from where it happens to where it is needed: typed twice, or once.
One source, or several that disagree. Payments matched by hand, or by themselves.
Who can see what they need, from a phone, by role, and what keeps working when the internet drops.
One inbox or five apps, and how long a customer waits outside office hours.
Who uses AI today, and what stops when the one person who knows the systems is away.
The tools that earn their keep, and the hours a person could stop doing.
The twelve questions.
- 1Where do your customer, student or member records live today?
- 2What still runs on paper or in a chat thread?
- 3How often is the same information typed into two places?
- 4When the owner looks at the numbers, how old are they?
- 5How do you get paid, and how is a payment matched to what it was for?
- 6Reports for the owner, the board or a donor:
- 7Can the people who need the numbers see them from a phone, outside the office?
- 8When the internet drops, or a team member is in the field:
- 9Where do customers reach you?
- 10Outside office hours, how long does a customer wait for an answer?
- 11Who uses AI at work today, and if the one person who knows the systems is away for a week?
- 12The software and services you pay for, and the work a person could stop doing:
What the score means.
Four levels: Starting, One place first, Ready to build, Ahead. Each comes with the first two things we would build and their prices, whether or not you hire us. The full Review adds what the assistant cannot see: the contracts, the usage, the interviews, the plan.
Why sign in?
So the report reaches you, and so the assistant knows which business it is talking to. A work email is the whole sign-in: no password, nothing to install. A personal email works too if you add your website.
What happens to my answers?
Nothing is stored until the report is sent. Then it goes to a person at Prodigi, who replies within 24 hours, and to your inbox once email is set up.
Can I take it in Khmer?
Yes. The assistant asks the same twelve questions in Khmer or English, whichever you answer in.
Talk to us.
Bring your report, or nothing at all. You leave with the two things we would look at first, whether or not you hire us.
