What it does.

Three things a school does every day, and what they look like in Rollcall.

Fees that chase themselves.

Bill a whole term in one go. Every invoice carries a KHQR block, so a parent pays from their bank app and the ledger marks it paid. Overdue families get a Telegram reminder, one at a time or all at once, and a receipt prints when the office needs paper.

Rollcall fees screen: the term's invoices with overdue, partial and paid status, a KHQR and Collect button on each

Attendance in a minute.

The class teacher opens today's list, taps "all present", changes the two who are not, and saves. A guardian gets a message when a child is marked absent.

Parents in the loop without a parents' app.

Messages go out on Telegram, which parents already use: a broadcast to a class, a fee reminder, an absence notice. Nothing new to install at home.

02

Frontdesk

For a school: it answers parents on Telegram about fees, the timetable and an absence, chases the fees that are late, and sends the owner a brief every morning.

A Tuesday with Rollcall.

The registrar bills Term 2 before the first bell. By break, twelve families have paid by KHQR and the ledger already knows. At nine the Grade 5B teacher marks the register on her phone and two parents get a message that their child is not in. Nobody has opened the exercise book with the fee columns in it, because there is no exercise book.

Not yet: A full admissions pipeline (today: an enroll form and the records). A parents' portal beyond Telegram. Full Khmer screens. Founding schools pick what we build next.

Questions people ask.

Do parents need an app?

No. Reminders and notices go out on Telegram, and payment is a KHQR they scan with their bank app.

Can we bring our student list from a spreadsheet?

Yes. We load students, classes and fee plans from whatever you have, paper included, in the first week.

Can a teacher see the fees?

Not unless you give them the registrar role. Each sign-in sees only its own work.

What does the school pay per teacher?

Nothing. One price for the school, however many staff sign in.
