AI content

Made with AI. Run on data.

Ads and films made from your real product, twelve versions at a time, directed by a person who has run the campaigns. Every two weeks the numbers call the winners: hook rate, click-through, cost per result. The next twelve start from them.

The pilot

Three rough spots in five days, $750

Tell us the product, the street and what your last ads cost. If you go on to a sprint, the pilot is its first week.

One film, made here.

The Unsent Letter: a 38-second story film, written, directed and cut by a person, with every frame made with AI.

Made in June 2026. No client reel yet, and we say so. The next films are being made from real products, and they will say that too.

Twelve versions, not one hero spot.

Test-and-learn, said plainly. Twelve variants a month, each one tagged so every click traces back to it. Every two weeks the read (hook rate, hold rate, click-through, cost per result) keeps the winners and retires the rest; the next twelve start from the winners. One page a month: what ran, what it cost, the lift, what we make next.

01

The pilot

Three rough spots and a one-page plan in five working days. To decide, or to pitch. Becomes week one of a sprint.

$750
02

The ad sprint

Twelve finished variants a month, vertical and square, hooks and copy, product in hand, one revision round. Every two weeks the read keeps the winners and makes siblings from them. Month to month.

$3,200 a month
03

The product film

The story cut and the demo cut, three cutdowns for the ad set, the landing-page cut, the campaign plan. The film that shows how it works.

$6,500
04

The series

Content that teaches: six episodes of 60 to 120 seconds, one buyer question each, Khmer and English captions, cut for the page, the feed and the assistant.

$4,200

Always-on

The sprint, weekly social cuts, the monthly read, and we run the ads as a service, frequency and creative fatigue watched weekly so a winner is replaced before it wears out: a fee named in writing, never a share of spend.

$4,800 a month

Which one fits. Launching something: the product film. Running ads every month: the sprint. Posting every day, or ads running and no one reading the numbers: always-on. Buyers who ask the same ten questions: the series. Not sure: the pilot.

Directed by someone who has sold things.

Two campaigns funded at 547% and 465%. Installs at $0.37 each at 29.5%. A health campaign that moved public knowledge from 5/7 to 6/7, measured before and after.

Keji Inc, two Kickstarters and the store, ~US$150K, 2,739 backers. Lithos Kids, 465% funded, 506 backers. Accion in India, $0.37 per install in a ten-day pilot. The World Health Organization campaign in Cambodia, as technical and digital strategy partner to 17 Triggers, with behavior videos in Khmer inside the quiz funnel. Every case, with the people you can ask

The idea, the direction and the read are a person's. The frames are made with AI from your product, and we say which. No invented people, no claims the product cannot back.

Do you run the ads too?

Yes, as a service with a fee named in writing, or you and your agency run them. Either way we read the results with you, and we never take a percentage of your spend.

What do you measure?

Hook rate (who stayed past three seconds), hold rate (who kept watching), click-through rate, conversion rate and cost per result, per variant, per week. Return on ad spend when you share the revenue. When we run the ads, frequency and creative fatigue too, so a winner is replaced before it wears out. You see the same numbers we see, on one page a month.

Is it all AI?

No. The idea, the reference photography, the direction and the edit are a person's. The frames in between are generated from your real product, and you own the files the day they are delivered.
