Members renew from their phone and check themselves in. Every branch on one screen.
For the gym or studio chasing renewals by message and counting who came in on paper. $79 a month for one branch, $199 up to four, then $39 for each branch after.
Runs today with sample data. Nothing you type is stored.

What it does.
Three things a gym does every day, and what they look like in Turnstile.
A kiosk on any tablet.
Members check themselves in with a QR pass or their phone number. An expired member at the door gets a KHQR to renew on the spot, or a day pass. The live board shows who is inside each branch right now.

Fifteen kinds of membership, all yours to edit.
Monthly, quarterly, annual, one discipline or all access, class packs, personal-training bundles, family, student, corporate, day pass, trial. Freeze a member with a reason and a date.

Renewals that happen without the front desk.
Everyone expiring this week gets a Telegram reminder with a KHQR. Lapsed members get a win-back offer. Payments land on one list per branch.

Frontdesk
For a gym: it answers members about hours, classes and prices, runs the renewal and win-back conversations, and sends a daily brief.
A Tuesday with Turnstile.
Six thirty. Twenty people check in with a QR before the coach arrives. One membership expired yesterday; the kiosk shows a KHQR, she pays, she is in. At ten, Thursday's Kids BJJ hits its limit and the waitlist starts. The owner, at the other branch, sees both on one screen.
Not yet: Face recognition and fingerprint readers (the kiosk shows how they would work; the hardware is a separate purchase). Wallet passes for phones. Founding gyms pick what we build next.
Questions people ask.
Do we need a card reader or a turnstile?
No. A tablet in a browser is the kiosk. Members show a QR or type four digits.
How do members pay?
A KHQR in a Telegram reminder, or at the kiosk. Cash is recorded at the desk.
Can members book classes?
Yes, from the member portal, with a waitlist when a class is full.
Three branches?
One price for up to four branches, every branch on the owner's screen, each manager seeing only their own.
