The front desk that answers parents at 9pm.
An agent answers the questions parents repeat, fees go out on KHQR, and the register lives on a phone. $99 a month.
Your week, then.
Monday: the registrar bills Term 2 before the first bell, and by break twelve families have paid by KHQR. Nine o'clock: the Grade 5B teacher marks the register on her phone and two parents get a message that their child is not in. All day: the agent answers “how much is Grade 2, and can we visit?” in Khmer and English, and hands the enrollment call to a person.

Questions.
Do parents need an app?
No. Reminders and notices go out on Telegram, and payment is a KHQR they scan with their bank app.
Does it work in Khmer?
The agent answers in Khmer and English. Rollcall's menus are in Khmer today; full Khmer screens come next, in the order the founding schools pick.
Can we bring our student list from a spreadsheet?
Yes. We load students, classes and fee plans from whatever you have, paper included, in the first week.
