What we collect, and where it goes.
Short, because we collect little. Providence Digital Pte. Ltd., trading as Prodigi, Singapore, is responsible for it.
Counting visits
We count visits ourselves, on our own server. No cookies, no third-party analytics script, no advertising pixel, and we do not store your address or build a profile. What we keep is a daily count per page, and a count of how often people try a demo, start the assessment or send a form. Nothing in those counts identifies you.
What you type in a demo
The assistant, the website reader, the document reader and the readiness assessment send what you type to Anthropic's Claude so it can answer, on paid terms that forbid training on it. We do not keep a copy. Close the page and it is gone.
What you send us on purpose
When you leave your name, email, business or a message, that reaches a person here: it arrives in our Telegram and, where you asked for something by email, in our email. We use it to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a list you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
Conversations and enquiries stay while we are talking and for two years after, so we can pick a thread back up. Visit counts are kept for up to thirteen months, so we can compare a month with the same month last year. Ask us to delete any of it and we will.
Who else can see it
Only the people who run Prodigi: Nikhil Mani and Venus Hoy. The services that carry it are Cloudflare (this website and its forms), Telegram (where an enquiry lands), Google Workspace (our email) and Anthropic (the assistant). Each holds it to answer or deliver, not to sell.
Your say
Ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it or delete it: hello@prodigi.asia, and a person replies within 24 hours. If Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act or the UK and EU rules apply to you, those rights are yours and this is the address to use.
