What it does.

Three things an agency does every day, and what they look like in Retainer.

Approve from Telegram, no login.

Send a piece of work for approval. The client gets a message with Approve and Request changes. One tap, and the request moves. Nudge the ones still waiting, one at a time or all at once.

Retainer approvals screen: work sent to clients with approved, waiting and changes-requested status

Retainer burn you can see in week two.

Each client's retainer shows hours used against hours bought, with a pace badge. The monthly digest goes to the client before they ask. A top-up is a drawer, not a negotiation.

"What you got this month," written for you.

A printable client report built from the work delivered, ready to send with the invoice. Profit per client and team utilization on the same screen.

Frontdesk

For an agency: it drafts the brief from the client's chat, drafts the monthly report, and nudges the approvals still waiting.

A Tuesday with Retainer.

The account manager sends three designs for approval at nine. Two are approved from the client's phone before ten, from a chat link, no password. The third comes back with "make the logo bigger". The retainer meter shows the client at 70% with two weeks left, so the monthly digest goes out early with a note. Nobody has written a timesheet in a spreadsheet.

Not yet: Proposals and e-signature. Connections to other tools (the export covers the accountant for now). Founding agencies pick what we build next.

Questions people ask.

Do our clients need to log in?

Not to approve. Approvals go out as a chat link. The portal is there for clients who want to see everything.

Is it per user?

No. One price for the agency, however many people or clients.

Can we bill in dollars?

Yes. Invoices in dollars with a KHQR block for clients in Cambodia, or a bank transfer.

Can we run it for our clients under our name?

Yes. Any of our apps can run under your brand; the white-label terms are on the software page.
