What it does.

Three things a shop does every day, and what they look like in Orderdesk.

From chat to order in one tap.

Messages from Facebook, Telegram, TikTok and Instagram land in one inbox. Tap "create order" on a message and the customer, the items and the address are already filled in.

An order board you can read at a glance.

New, confirmed, packed, out for delivery, delivered, returned. The confirmation goes to the customer on Telegram with a KHQR link, so most orders are paid before anyone packs a box.

Riders settled without an argument.

Each rider's cash on delivery, collected and handed over, on one ledger. Settle at the end of the day and send the rider a statement.

A Tuesday with Orderdesk.

A customer asks for two in blue on Facebook at 9:12. By 9:14 there is an order, and a KHQR link is in her Telegram. She pays at lunch. The packer sees it turn green and prints the slip. At six, the rider hands over the day's cash and the ledger says the same number he does.

Not yet: A public storefront with a cart (today: a catalog link and the chat). Live channels are connected during install, not on the demo. Founding shops pick what we build next.

Questions people ask.

Does the customer need an app?

No. They keep chatting where they are. The confirmation and the KHQR link arrive on Telegram.

What about cash on delivery?

Every rider has a ledger: cash collected, cash handed over, what is outstanding. You settle it and send a statement.

Do we give the packer our Facebook password?

No. The packer signs into Orderdesk and sees only the packing list.

Which channels?

Facebook Messenger, Telegram, TikTok Shop and Instagram, plus walk-in orders typed by hand.
