One record. Every donor report comes from it.
Field systems that work without signal, reports in each donor's format, and the licenses nobody removed. From $1,500.

Your week, then.
Monday, the country director asks for the donor report in the donor's format, again. The M&E officer copies numbers from three spreadsheets into a fourth. IT is whoever is nearest the router. That is the week we design for: one system of record for the program, reports that write themselves from it, and a technology partner who answers within 24 hours.

The prices
Two prices. There is no third. The AI Review is from $1,500, one system included and $350 for each after it; field and case-management systems are from $15,000.
The Vendor Review
Read-only. Every provider you pay on one page: keep, fix or renew, with the number to hold them to. Priced by what you have: one system included, $350 for each after it.
Field and case-management systems
Mobile forms, case management and reporting that work with no signal and sync when a phone finds one. The organization owns the system and the data.
Questions.
Do you hold our beneficiary data?
No. The organization owns the system and the data. Prodigi holds no beneficiary records.
Can reports come out in each donor's format?
Yes. Every report comes from the same record, in the donor's format, so nobody types a number twice.
Do we need to be in Cambodia?
No. Reviews and builds run remotely inside your own accounts, with calls in your time zone. Phnom Penh and Singapore can have us in the room.
Tell us what the program runs on.
A person replies within 24 hours with the two things we would look at first, whether or not you hire us.
